COREJEWELS (hereinafter referred to as "our company") defines the terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") for the website (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") that it operates as follows.

Chapter 2 Membership
Article 3 Membership
"Member" means a person who has accepted these Terms and Conditions, applied for membership registration in accordance with the procedures prescribed by our company, and has been approved by our company.
Article 4 Membership Registration
1. Those who wish to become members must apply for membership on the member registration page of this service in accordance with the method specified by our company.
2. In response to the application under paragraph 1, we will approve the application by sending a registration confirmation email.
3. We may not approve your registration application if any of the following applies:
(1) If it is discovered that the applicant has previously violated these Terms and Conditions and has been subject to disciplinary action such as cancellation of membership registration. 4. Membership registration is limited to those with an address in Japan.
5. The service agreement between our company and a member based on these terms and conditions shall remain valid between our company and the member in question from the date on which registration is completed until the date on which the member's registration is cancelled.
6. Please note that registered members are deemed to have guaranteed to our company that they are 20 years of age or older, or that if they are under 20 years of age, they have obtained parental consent for the sales contract.
Article 5 Notification of Changes
If there is a change in a member's address, name, telephone number, credit card number, or any other information that has been reported to our company, the member must promptly notify our company in a manner separately instructed by our company.
Article 6 Suspension of Use of the Service and Cancellation of Membership Registration
If a member falls under any of the following categories, we may suspend their use of the Service or cancel their membership without prior notice to the member.
(1) If it is discovered that the Member has previously been subject to disciplinary action such as cancellation of membership due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions. (2) If there is a delay in fulfilling payment obligations such as fees for the Service, or other non-fulfillment. (3) If the Member has engaged in any of the acts set out in Article 10 (Prohibited Acts). (4) If the Member has otherwise violated these Terms and Conditions.
Article 7 ID and Password Management
1. Members shall be responsible for managing the email address and password they have set themselves.
2. Members shall not transfer, lend, or disclose their user ID and password to any third party.
3. Members shall be solely responsible for any damages resulting from insufficient management of their user ID and password, errors in use, or use by a third party.
4. If a Member discovers that their user ID and password have been used fraudulently by a third party, they shall immediately contact the Company.
5. Users are aware of the risk of leakage of payment methods such as credit card numbers when using the Service, and shall do so at their own risk (as described in Article 14).

Article 9 Scope of Services
1. Users may use the various services provided by this service. However, some services may not be available to users who are not members.
Article 10 Prohibited matters
Users shall not engage in the following acts:
(1) Applying false registration details when using the service
(2) Any act that may interfere with the operation of the Service or otherwise cause disruption to the Service.
(3) Using the Service fraudulently with a credit card
(4) Any act of fraudulent use of user IDs and passwords
(5) Any act that causes inconvenience, disadvantage or damage to other users, third parties or our company, or any act that could result in any of the above.
(6) Any act that infringes or may infringe the copyright, privacy or other rights of other users, third parties or our company.
(7) Any act that is contrary to public order and morals or violates other laws and regulations, or any act that may be likely to do so.
(8) Using the Service for commercial purposes
(9) Sending e-mails containing advertising, promotional or solicitation messages to other members without their permission, or sending e-mails that may do so, or interfering with the reception of e-mails by other members, or requesting the forwarding of chain e-mails or forwarding e-mails in response to such requests.
(10) Any act of accessing other members' equipment or service equipment without authorization, causing or threatening to cause disruption to their use or operation.
(11) Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of the contents of our emails or website
(12) Any other conduct that our company deems inappropriate. *Violation of prohibited acts is not merely a breach of etiquette, but also a violation of the Penal Code, the Unauthorized Computer Access Act, the Trademark Act, the Copyright Act, and the Civil and Commercial Code, and may result in criminal liability and civil liability for damages.
Article 11 Copyright

Chapter 4. Purchasing Products
Article 12 Purchase of Products
1. Users can use this service to purchase products or services (hereinafter referred to as "Products, etc.") from our company.
2. If a user wishes to purchase a product, etc., they shall apply to purchase the product or use the service in accordance with the method specified by our company.
3. When we send an email to the user stating that we accept the application in the preceding paragraph, a sales contract for the relevant product, etc. will be deemed to have been concluded between the user and our company.
4. Delivery of products etc. using this service is limited to within Japan.
Article 13 Termination of Contract
1. If any of the following conditions apply, we may cancel the contract.
(1) If the user violates these terms and conditions. (2) If the credit card company designated by the user notifies the user of a default on their card. (3) If circumstances are discovered that indicate that the user's ability to pay has been compromised. (4) If the product is out of stock and cannot be easily delivered. (5) If the delivery cannot be made due to an unknown address or a prolonged absence.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct is found in connection with the use of the Service, the Company may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take other appropriate measures.
Article 14 Payment Method
1. The payment amount for products etc. will be the total of the product purchase price including consumption tax, shipping fee, and bank transfer fee.
2. Payment for products purchased through this service must be made by credit card in the user's name or by a payment method separately approved by our company.
3. If payment is made by credit card, the user shall comply with the terms of a separate agreement between the user and the credit card company. If a dispute arises between the user and the credit card company, the parties involved shall resolve the matter between themselves, and our company shall not be held responsible in any way.
Article 15. Return of Products, etc.
1. Returns of products are not permitted except for damage during delivery, product defects, incorrect products, or other cases approved by our company. In addition, returns of such products, exchanges of products in the event of a product defect, or cancellation of the contract in the event that an exchange is not possible, can only be made if the user contacts us to return the product within the period specified by our company (within 7 days) after receiving the product.
2. The user shall make the return of the product under the preceding paragraph at their own expense in accordance with the method separately specified by our company.
Chapter 5 Operation of the Service
Article 16: Information Management
If we determine that comments or other information posted with the user's consent to its use can be used for this service, we may use it without notifying the user. However, if it falls under any of the following items, we may delete it without notifying the user.
(1) When the information is deemed to clearly infringe the copyright or other rights of our company or a third party, or to clearly damage the reputation or credibility of our company or a third party. (2) When we receive a warning from a third party that the information infringes the copyright or other rights of a third party, or to damage the reputation or credibility of a third party. (3) When the information is deemed to clearly violate the laws and regulations of Japan or an applicable foreign country. (4) When we receive an order to remove the information from a government agency.
Article 17 Maintenance of the Service
In order to maintain the good operating condition of this service, we may suspend the provision of this service in whole or in part without prior notice to users in any of the following cases.
(1) In the case of regular or emergency system maintenance. (2) When system operation becomes difficult due to fire, power outage, or interference by a third party. (3) In other cases where we determine that it is unavoidable to stop the system.
Article 18 Other Disclaimers
1. If our company has an obligation to notify a user, we will consider that we have fulfilled that obligation by sending a notification to the email address that the user has registered in advance, and in the case of product delivery, by delivering the product to the address instructed by the user at the time of purchase.
2. Regardless of the legal basis for the claim, under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any damage, loss, disadvantage, etc. related to the use of this Service or the products sold or purchased through this Service, other than as set forth in the preceding article.
3. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of the user being unable to use this service.
4. Our company will be exempt from liability by processing business in accordance with the user's registration details.
5. Regardless of the legal basis for the claim, under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any damage, loss, disadvantage, etc. arising from the use of the Service.
6. If a user causes damage to another user or a third party through the use of this service, the user shall resolve the matter at his/her own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any inconvenience to our company.
7. When changing a user's password, etc., our company will be exempt from liability by verifying the user's identity using a method specified by our company.
8. The user shall be responsible for the costs associated with the installation of computer equipment and communication equipment necessary to use this service, as well as telephone charges, LAN usage fees, and application fees incurred in using this service.
9. Users must use Internet Explorer 4.X or higher or Netscape Communicator 4.X or higher as the browser used to access the Service. If problems arise, such as incorrect screen display, due to the use of a browser other than that specified by our company, we will not be held responsible or answer any questions.
Article 19 Other
1. In principle, communication between our company and users will be via email.
2. If any problem arises in relation to the use of this service that cannot be resolved by these Terms of Use or our instructions, the Company and the user shall negotiate in good faith to resolve the problem.
3. In the event that litigation becomes necessary regarding the use of this service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the first instance.
4. If a User fails to pay the purchase price or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions, resulting in an obligation to pay damages, and the Company employs an attorney to collect the claim, the User shall also be responsible for the attorney's fees pursuant to the attorney's fee regulations.
Supplementary Provisions
These terms and conditions will be applied to all members from June 13, 2011.
