Before you shop
To shop at Core Jewels Online Shop, you must register as a member.
If you would like to register as a member, please apply from the " New Member Registration Screen " here.
*Your password is very important information. Please set a password that is difficult for others to guess.
Product Selection
On the product details page, select the color, size, and quantity, then click the "ADD TO CART" or "MAKE TO ORDER" button.
*Please note that after adding an item to your cart, it will be automatically removed from the cart after a certain period of time (30 minutes) has passed.
Log in
Before placing an order, you must log in. Please enter your registered email address and password.
*If you are already logged in, you can skip this screen and proceed to the next screen.
*If you have not yet registered as a member, you will need to complete the procedure on the " New Member Registration Screen ."
Product price and payment
Please pay the total price displayed for each product, including consumption tax, shipping fee, and bank transfer fee.
You can choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
*All prices displayed on this site do not include consumption tax.
1. Credit cards: There are five types of cards that can be used: JCB, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Diners.
*Only available in bulk.
* There is no fee if you pay by credit card.
2. Bank Transfer Please transfer the payment to the bank details listed in the order completion email within 7 days of completing your order.
Issuance of receipts
Receipts are not currently issued.
About shipping
Your ordered items will be delivered by Yamato Transport .
Delivery of products is limited to within Japan only.
*On the shipping date, we will send you an email to notify you that your order has been shipped. Domestic shipping is free.
Returns, changes, cancellations and repairs for orders
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or changes to orders other than returns or exchanges, excluding cases of defective products or incorrect shipments. In cases of defective products or incorrect shipments, please be sure to contact us by email within 7 days. After receiving your contact, we will explain how to return the product and receive a refund. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs.
・For any alterations or repairs to purchased items, please use a nearby repair shop. Core Jewels stores do not offer alterations or repairs. Thank you for your understanding.
