Before You Shop
To shop at the COREJEWELS online store, you must register as a member.
If you wish to register as a member, please apply from the "New Member Registration Screen" here.
*Your password is very important information for you. Please set one that is difficult for others to guess.
Selecting Products
On the product detail page, select the color/size/quantity and click the "ADD TO CART" or "MAKE TO ORDER" button.
*Please note that items in your cart will be automatically deleted after a certain period (30 minutes).
Login
You must log in before proceeding with your order. Please enter your registered email address and password.
*If you are already logged in, you can skip this screen and proceed to the next.
*If you have not yet registered as a member, you will need to complete the "New Member Registration Screen" procedure.
Product Price and Payment
Please pay the total of the price displayed for each product, consumption tax, shipping fee, and bank transfer fee.
1. Credit Card
The types of cards accepted are five: JCB, VISA, Master, AMEX, and Diners.
*Only lump-sum payments are accepted.
*There is no fee for credit card payments.
2. Bank Transfer
Please make the transfer to the account number stated in the order completion email within 7 days after completing your order.
Regarding Receipt Issuance
We currently do not issue receipts.
Regarding Product Shipping
Ordered products will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
Regarding Returns, Changes, Cancellations, and Repairs of Orders
・Please note that order cancellations or changes are not accepted, except for returns/exchanges due to product defects or incorrect shipments. In case of product defects or incorrect shipments, please be sure to contact us by email within "7 days". We will explain the product return and refund method after receiving your contact. In such cases, we will bear the shipping cost.
・For purchased products, please use a local reform store for processing and repairs. COREJEWELS stores do not handle processing or repairs. Please be aware of this in advance.
